Reliable Appliance Repair

First time he showed up and I told what the problem was with my Dryer he knew right away what it was, the Timer he said. Waited for about 2 weeks to get the part. He came with the part and installed it. Not even 2 weeks passed the Dryer is not working again, called up and I was told between 3 and 6 pm. Nobody showed up or called and this went on for 4 days. On the the 5 th day I had it and called to say I want my money back and they would have a choice either for the serviceman to come by and uninstall it or I will and will return the timer, answer was , do whatever you feel like. I uninstalled the timer i realized that he installed it wrong, red wire to blue to red, but it stated clearly where goes what. Now I checked my newly installed heating element and checked with an Ohm meter to find out that there Is no continuity, I did the same with the timer and the control board, both no continuity. So with all that said, I paid $ 385.00 , no sorry or an apology was given. If you ever need to hire an appliance repair person, please dont hire this company Service: Dryer repair

I was given an appointment of Sunday 8am - 11am. Told the technician would call me 30 minutes before coming. I called their office at 11:20am. At 11:28am the technician called and said I'm sorry it will be more like 2pm before coming. I changed my entire schedule today to be available for this appointment. I told the technician he can just keep on going. At this point I'd never trust them. As it got closer to 11am..Great customer service would have been to call the customer before hand! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
