Roselane Health Center by Harborview

My parents have been here for about a week now. Mathie,Serah,Kenyatta,Carol, Cherise,Viola. And all the staff have been exceptional I haven't seen a sour face yet. everybody seems to like there job and likes working with the elderly. Even Glenville the chef cooks some great food.very pleased so far.

Roselane does not have properly trained CNA'S. They only do part of what they are supposed to do. Eather they are not willing to do the job or they are nit trained to do it Eather way the patients are not getting proper health care. Patients get bed sores. THE CNA'S DONT ANSWER THE CALL LIGHT FOR UP TO 4 HOURS IF AT ALL BEFORE THEIR SHIFT IS OVER. IF A PATIENTS WERE TO START CHOCKING AND PUSHED THE CALL LIGHT THEN THEY WOULD BE "DEAD" BY THE TIME THE CNA'S LOOKED IN ON HIM. IT IS NOT AN ALARM OR EMERGENCY OR EVEN A NOTIFICATION LITE. IT IS A THING THAT BOTHERS THE CNA'S

Definitely a #1 star review a cna responded to my mom call light while I was on the phone speaking with her However 40 minutes later as I continued to communicate with mother she still did not return to change her depend

My dad was there for a little over two weeks for short term rehab. I read the reviews prior and of course was hesitant. However, while we were there, the staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and ready help when called upon, and the facility was very clean. The physical therapists were great too and took pride in what they were doing. I would not hesitate to go back if the need arises.

My husband was to go here after stay in hospital for breathing problems. They would not aquire a BI-PAP machine he needs after saying they had one. They don't. Now I'm looking for another place that has proper equipment.
