My mothers room on 2nd floor does not smell fresh; it smells of urine odor soaked on floor and bed mattress. The floor is always dirty. My mother is incontinent therefore, her room, bed and wheelchair needs to be cleaned properly with a safe, fresh smelling disinfectant. My mothers electric, rechargeable shaver for her face is missing in addition to several pairs of her Gold toe socks from Macys. Her new houseshoes 2 pairs and one of he black sneakers with the word Love on side; is also missing. Mothers hair is never oiled and brushed down. Her grooming needs/items are also missing.

My dad had to spend a few weeks at Pruitt Marietta and he received wonderful care. The staff was friendly and caring towards him and our family. The facility is not new but it worked. He was able to enjoy time outside and in public areas. He enjoyed the food and ate most of it. He was on the first floor. I didnt go upstairs. We had wished there were activities to participate in but perhaps that doesnt happen because of staffing or post Covid.

Food is not delightful. First floor is beautiful. Second floor is dungeon. No view soda machines do not work.
