        terrible! i liked their prices and their service catalogue. signed up for the very basic service (30$) for the winter and basic service(50$) for the summer.  in the winter they kept billing me for the basic service! i had to keep telling them they are billing me too much. then they tell me they cannot do the very basic in winter as it is not economical for them. i switched to the basic service (50$). i got the bill and happened to be at the property the day after the service was supposed to have been done. it was clear that nothing had been done! i called them, they fired the service guy and said they would give me two free services to regain my trust. guess what ... never delivered. they have great ideas and prices but do not deliver!
