Do not use them...at all! They did our new house landscape and it has been awful. Im having to hire other landscapers to come and try to correct what they did wrong. Our yard is on a slope but its not terrible, yet we have had run off and drainage issues from the start. The owner, Norman, didnt believe me when I told him we have run off issues on our side and back yard. He misjudged the grading of our yard and that led to flooding issues IN our house (I admit thats not totally his fault and it lies with the builder). Large areas of Bermuda grass isnt growing because they planted the kind that needs more sun in areas that does t get that much sun. I gave them an extra star for coming out and replacing a dogwood tree that died because they planted it improperly and a bush that died from too much water. But overall, I wish I could go back in time and find my own landscaper. Update: Since I cannot respond directly to their response, I will do that here. Yes, you did replace the tree and your worker stated that the dirt was too high up on the trunk and smothered the tree. That was directly from YOUR guy. You replaced two bushes that died from too much water...from improper drainage. You had to place the french drains at no cost because when Norman and the builder came out to the house to assess, you found that the yard was flat and not sloped like it should be. And Norman seems to not remember me contacting him and informing him that there was run off...and his response, there is no run off. Just plain lazy. So, yes I have contacted you and it was a while ago. And I also waited to place a review in order to see if anything would change with time, which it hasn't; it has only worsened. Best of luck to you and to those that read this, do not use them.
