Delightful Dog

I wanted to share my experience with delightful dog, so that others might benefit from what happened to me there. We rescued a six month old puppy and brought it there for their puppy training course. Within a few hours I got a call saying I needed to pick my puppy up because she was not doing well in the crate they put her in. We tried it again the next day, and had a similar result, and so they asked me not to bring her back and refunded my money. I would not have been upset with this had I known upfront this would be a possibility, thank goodness I was right down the road and not a way at work or it couldve been an issue. I thought this mightve been an isolated incident until I brought it up with a neighbor who said they experienced something very similar there. They dropped their dog off for boarding their on the way to vacation. While they were at the airport, they got a similar call, asking for them to pick up their dog because of crate issues. They ended up missing their flight because they had to go back get their dog and find someone else to watch him. Again, I respect why they did it but if you are going to potentially mess up in someones vacation plans, that needs to be very clearly mentioned upfront when signing up for the service. I didnt want to trash them because I have heard other people say very good things about them but just realize it is not a one size fits solution for all dogs so be careful.

Great place and very clean. This place is great and really keeps with sanitization.
