Kritter Keepers Club

Updated - Bumped up to a 2 star because owner apologized after updating their original response to my complaint that felt defensive. It takes a certain level of character as a business owner to apologize after the fact. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Please Beware. Being an extremely caring pet owner, we look to consistently find places we can recommend to our community and this business does not pass the minimum bar to do service. Their number on their website likely goes to a personal line which is screened using some type of spam protection service. Even after recording my name and starting the conversation with a "Hey, I hope you're having a great day!" The owner immediately went on a rant without taking a breath of air complaining about getting called and hung up on me without getting a chance to say I'm a CUSTOMER. Part two of this, is I called back to attempt to give her the benefit of the doubt because I too hate spam calls. As part of the recording, I said "It's Josh again, no worries" and she proceeded to answer again, without breathing and complain. I had to scream in the phone to have her stop, and be able to confirm that the number I called was in fact Kritter Keepers Club to make sure that it wasn't the wrong number where someone was getting incorrect calls. After she correctly confirmed that this was Kritter Keepers, I made the decision that this is obviously not the place I would want my dog, or any dog to stay. Good luck if you stay here!

I have four fur babies who stay a few weekends a year. They love every minute of it. The staff takes great care with all of the instructions that I leave them. One of my babies needs to be separated from 2 of the pack after a scuffle and the staff is always sure to give them their space as well as provide some extra love to my loner. I have never had any concern leaving my babies in the capable hands of KC and her staff.

Wow! This is a magical place- Ive been bringing my Morocco for over 8 years now- love the team here - they sincerely love animals as their own- Dont know how I could travel and work without Kritter Keepers!

The team at Kritter Keepers is wonderful. The owner is so kind and personable. She really loves dogs. My fur baby loves coming here, and they take excellent care of him.
