Patti is such a great realtor! Ive bought two houses and sold one house with her. Both houses I purchased started with me texting her lets go look at this house, and ended with having an offer accepted within a day or two. She had competing offers on my house within a day or two of listing when the average days on market was around 90 days, and it sold much higher than the comps. And thats not the best part about her - shes just a great person in general with a very kind personality, and shes enjoyable to spend time with looking at houses.
