We just returned from closing on our house! I cannot say enough good things about His & Hers Investments, Rick, and especially Matthew who walked us through every step along the way! There are so many scams out there now just waiting to prey upon people, especially seniors. But, Rick & Matthew are the real deal. If you need to sell a property quickly and easily, give them a call. I have seen a lot of companies out there that provide rental property and sale houses if I had to choose a rental this would be the best company for me,they truley maintain the property with a no headache experience! As for buying they definitely put a lot of time in on the house their selling not just flipping a house for a buck quality design and safety is always met! And I should know this is the truth because I have been providing services through my company to handle their houses when the tenants call,and no one says or complains about anything,so I say well done continue to make a difference for the surrounding areas!!
