        The women here are always rude and unwelcoming. I want to comment on the middle age woman with the pixie cut who is ALWAYS extremely rude. She has worked there for years and her attitude hasnt changed a bit. I see countless number of reviews that mention her. Its a disgrace that no change has been made. Although it states that they close at 5:30, there has been 2 occasions where I have been turned away before this time.

        The ladies here (I have only been waited on by girls), are super sweet and helpful! They are friendly and welcoming and quick to answer questions or let me know what is best when sending a package local or overseas. Sometimes the lines are long, but that happens everywhere...and my local Macon neighbors are always a joy to talk with and get to know while we wait our turn!

        Not one package or card Ive sent from this location gets to its destination. Its terrible. Im driving way out of my way to try & different location, but all the ratings for USPS in Macon are bad?

        The African American lady that have short hair that worked in the middle today 1/12/2024 around 4ish is rude she very rude her look is rude her tone is rude she just rude ! She is a rude grinch! I dont wanna never go in when she is working she call herself training the little Korean or Philippine not sure what she was but I pray that she dont train her to be rude. Please if you see her TURN AROUND and Leave !
