Need help waited in line way to long

This is probably one of the worst post offices in the bibb county area they wouldn't even look for my certified letter said I would have to wait till it got delivered but half the time our carrier doesn't even deliver our mail all these postal workers are over paid for there jobs

I dont know if this is the post office to deliver my mail but I just want to say to my mail lady or man, I hope the 20 package you marked as delivered and kept was everything you wanted. Because I dont know what you thought it was but the stickers and cards wasnt worth your job. And I find it ironic that my other package made it but not the first one. And this just shows how much our government cares about our mail and other important information

Aside from getting my neighbor's mail constantly, and them getting mine, I'm really tired of having to wait extra days for my packages. The same thing always happens, we won't see the mail truck AT ALL, and then around 7pm my packages are updated to "delivery attempted but driveway or front door was not accessible". I live way out in the country, there is never anything blocking my driveway. I order a lot of stuff online for work, and it screws with my deadlines. Something needs to be done about this. I've lived all over the states and I've NEVER had a post office pull this stuff constantly. Last year I recieved my neighbors kid's Christmas card with cash in it. My neighbors were thankful that I had more sense than the mailman and returned it. I really think the postman gets a kick out of messing things up, it happens way too often.
