It is obvious that Clint takes pride in his work. His thoroughness is unmatched, and he is extremely personable and friendly.

Mr. Clint Sellers is a very good inspector! If there is something out of place, this guy will catch it. I'm not making this up: the seller's realtor actually angrily bemoaned the fact that we chose this inspector because of how "picky" he is, which is exactly what you want in an inspector. We are still under contract to purchase the home, and will get our new home assuming that they make a small portion of the repairs that Mr. Sellers found (he wrote up 40+, and we only asked for 3 really critical ones...but it's good to know that the others exist so we can improve them over time!). Not only is he very detail oriented, but very fairly priced. I highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy a home.

Had Clint inspect a new home purchase. As a first time home buyer I was extremely happy with the care and attention he gave me and my individual home. He was very thorough about testing and evaluating every part of the home. The inspection report was provided within an expected time frame and included every detail we discussed at the home. it included pictures and a diagram of the affected areas int he home. Clint saved us from a potentially massive problem with the HVAC system in our home. 5/5 would recommend to anyone looking to get a home inspection done.
