After I originally gave a good review I quickly discovered the inspector missed so much, I really dont know what he actually did. Theres so many things wrong with my house and had he been using a checklist and following through I could have avoided this expensive mess!!! Advice for others: walk behind your inspector and NEVER trust them to actually be thorough unless theyre being supervised.

If I could give a negative star I would he came out to inspect our home that we were purchasing back in November and didn't do a good job inspecting the house he stated that he vrqeld under our crawl space which he didn't and it has outstanding water and black mold then in my daughter's room there is a big hole in the floor that just had a piece of wood over it that she could have felled thru and gotten seriously hurt we filed a claim against him and his insurance wouldn't make it right so we figures that he would and he wouldn't either he is not professional at all doesn't do a good job and basically said it is what it is it's not his problem I would never recommend anyone doing business with him at all he is very unprofessional and doesn't do a good job at inspecting houses which when your coming out to inspect a house your suppose to inspect it top to bottom every inch of the house which he didn't so do not do business with him at all
