Tuesday Morning

I must have run into the manager at a bad time. I witnessed her berate a customer for stepping over boxes she said were set in position to block customers from entering an isle. I almost did the same thing cause thought they were their to be stocked. But this manager was so rude to the lady who did it was embarrassing for everyone around. Myself and 3 other customers simply left the store to avoid conflict with this manager. I have a friend who told me she also was verbally attacked by this same manager.

Was just in the store on Tom Hill, will never go back. Associate was rude and sarcastic. I have never been spoken to in this manner in any store and I am usually in the Tuesday morning at least once week. I asked for a manager and was told the 2 associates were co-managers, and there was no district manager. Wow, who does the hiring?

Every question we asked, the highly pleasant employees were able to help us. Allie F. And the manager assisted us in our purchases. I found the Mexican train dominoes Id been hunting. Also an insulted coffee mug. Ive been in the hunt for a long time for these. They were a great price and perfect. Also got scrapbook merchandise.
