        I recently went and purchased a sofa but leased through Acima. I warn everyone DO NOT FINANCE THROUGH ACIMA the price of the sofa was $1999 and was advised by the Rooms to Go sales representative that my monthly payments will be $284 monthly but after receiving the merchandise and calling Acima my payments went to $301 biweekly making the merchandise almost quadruple. PLEASE READ YOU CONTRACT THROUGHLY AND MAKE THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE EXPLAIN EVERY DETAIL OF THE CONTRACT.

        Jr was very knowledgeable, attentive and was able to answer/explain every question we had. We cant say enough about the fantastic customer service this gentleman (Jr) provided while shopping and making our purchase at Rooms To Go.

I am in retail myself and I'd like to say that they were very professional. They kept their word by delivering world class service.
