Rooms To Go Furniture Store

I went to Rooms to Go last Saturday afternoon just to look around. I had several criteria of what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I had been to 5 other furniture stores and could not find what I wanted. There always seemed to be at least one thing that I was going to have to give up. I pressed on and ended up at ROOMS TO GO. I was met and greeted at the door by Mr. Eddie. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he showed me several selections of exactly what I had asked for. Mr. Eddie also showed me a couple other selections that were close to my set expectations but not as expensive as what I had picked out. I really appreciated him doing this because it showed me that he cared about me and not just his commission. I would highly recommend Mr. Eddie! He is very knowledgeable about the different brands, pros and cons, and putting the package together of what I wanted at a good price. He was very professional, informative and friendly. He gave me time to walk around, look, and picture how my selection would look in my house without pressuring or rushing me. I'm so excited to be getting my new living room furniture delivered tomorrow! I'm thankful to Mr Eddie for all of his help Ask for Mr. Eddie next time you're looking for a special piece of furniture. He'll get you fixed up!

Scott is the manager of this store and is absolutely wonderful. The salesman that helped my husband and I was Terry and to say he was great when helping us would be an understatement. He went above and beyond when it came to helping us figure out the right sofa. The new store is amazing and the staff is wonderful. A+++ I highly recommend this location for any furniture needs ans will definitely be going back if when we upgrade our bedroom furniture

Delivery driver ran into our fence (and broke off a chunk of it), then proceeded to drive over a water line and bust it. We are now without water and customer service "sent out an email" and were waiting to hear back. Was told most likely nothing would get done until Monday. Absolutely will not buy from Rooms to go again.

My husband and I drove 2hrs to get to RTG Macon warehouse, to tell you frankly it's all worth it. First, the new warehouse located in Riverside drive is so massively well stocked and organized. As we enter the building, a very helpful and friendly agent approached us, his name is Eddie Keeling, Jr. at that instant he got our attention because he's that kind of guy that would extend extra effort to make every customer at home. He's patient, kind and polite that you could take time going around the store without him being annoyed. He is just so helpful because he made sure to give us the soonest delivery dates for our purchase. I highly recommend RTG, best packaged products for the best price and I salute their friendly agent, Eddie. 5 stars!
