This is by far the worst photo I've been all the, I'm disabled and 60 years old.. Disrespectful, scam,and ,straight out Rip off ..I'm traveling and I don't think they like the way I look..and I'm Beyond Furious.. which I can't afford to do!.. as I have an extremely bad temper..Rage issues.. I'm putting 1 , because u have to put something.. but they are By far less less than 0!!

If you do not want to waste your time then go somewhere else they will let you wait 30+ minutes and associates just stand behind casually talking
I came here for home internet and switch from a different carrier to Verizon i don't even feel like doing it now
btw this was my 3rd visit and alll 3 times same result

Why is the store there if the associates wont help with customer service? They couldnt do a simple name change, wouldnt allow an account manager to remove a line and wouldnt help me activate my upgraded phone. I couldnt even get a box or label to return my traded in phone. They say I have to call customer service again. I cant even turn on my new phone because I need to buy a usbc adaptor just to charge it up. Dont expect much because this store will greatly disappoint.

I walked in this store to get assistance with pairing my watch. I spoke with a representative that works there and her name is Samaria and she was extremely rude and quite disrespectful. Its a way to speak to someone and there is a way to get your point across without being rude and Im not sure who is the manager or store manager, but they need to provide some type of customer service training to their staff especially her. I pay monthly for this service with my phone and watch and just needed help connecting it again to my phone. I called customer service and made a complaint already. The representative from Verizon told me that I shouldnt have been charged a fee for that. Overall, just make the drive to another location and avoid this one. Better service is just awaiting at Zebulon.
