Lofts at Zebulon

I lived here a few years ago(sorry for my late review), the whole staff is awesome, friendly professional and very accommodating. The whole place is great, lobby, pool, car wash and other amenities. The apartment it self (1 bedroom) has been the best we ever rent. In Macon area, I am not afraid to say is the best option... also the location is close to everything you might need, supermarkets, restaurants, post office, etc.

Friendly office. New courtesy officer. Seen him patrolling apartment while going to work at 4am. Fast at responding to work orders. Very professional. Highly recommend!

Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed by how the property managers view handicap people and their challenges in day to day life. They have secured the only resident entry closest to the handicap stalls in building 4 and it is unable to be used as an entry to the building, even though the door label clearly says resident entry. The lock on the door has been broken for over 2 years and hasnt been fixed. They keep locking the door so no one can enter it since the key fobs dont work. This causes my wife who has to have a walker to move to have to walk further down the building to find a door the key fobs work on. They are knowingly and willingly violating the Americans with Disabilities act by making it harder on handicap residents to get into their building. The complete lack of respect and compassion for those with handicaps is appalling. There are also only 2 handicap spots on the side of the building where the elevator is, so parking there usually isnt available.

Lots of crime, avoid at all costs. February 19, 2024: No improvements made to the security of apartments. Still have residents walking around with pistols in their hands. January 19, 2024 update: 7+ cars were broken into overnight. License plate stolen on one. Ive lived here for coming up on two years and have watched this place turn into an absolute nightmare. Car break-ins happen at least once a week (smash and grab), the front of building two was shot several times in December (bullet hole in the main gate, ask about it on your tour), and the whole place smells like weed at all hours. This apartment complex is trending downwards and there isnt enough action being taken to fix it. Look elsewhere.

Tim has been amazing taking care of our every need. Staying at this location has been amazing thus far. The one negative I would say is people do not pick up after their pets and a LOT of them let their dogs run freely without leashes even though the rules say to do so. I feel if the leash rule was a bit stricter this would be a 10/10.
