Personally, I had had no issues with the application process, nor with getting my questions answered. I am so sorry for the people that experienced terrible delayshopefully you found an amazing community replacement I received an answer for why the delay happened - contractor situations aren't the management companys fault - but they are not fun for people hopongbyo move in either. I presented ALL of my annoying by and pestering concerns to Crystal and she clearly articulated professional responses that helped me make an informed decision. For starters Grand Park In Thomasville is not managed by the same management company and as Luxe Park/Crystal mentioned, Sharp is taking several measures to ensure that similar things do not occur here at Luxe Park. Also.please get renters insurancethat can cover many issues related to water damage I saw as a pressing matter for the other community..and NOT subpar insurance - quality insurance. Update : I visited the property3/23/2024. There seems to have been some progress- the concept is so nice!

Applied in May of 2023 then told us it would be ready in August 23, then December 23, then January and still not ready to this date.

This property also is owned by the same company as GRAND PARK THOMAS IN THOMASVILLE . They took our application fees and approved people and no one answers the phone or follows up. I was approved last year.yes..last year and I was told that told that I could move in in May 2023 and then August 2023 and then December 2023 because of challenges with the builder and no one answers the emails or calls anyone with updates. I was told that Luxe Park would be getting monthly pictures of the process needless to say I havent received anything since May. Please answer all emails..I am also writing a complaint with the BBB because they literally took the application fee and disappeared and I was told that Grand Park property is just as bad.. I do not know what is going on with management but you all need to refund people their application fees, I have called hundreds of times and send emails though the website, I will be driving to the site next week so see someone face to face because this is ridiculous and unprofessional. I was approved for a three bedroom, I was asked did I want t view he park..etc or the woods parking.. I said parking because I do not want all of the noises and I chose the third floor. I did all of that and it is like this company fell of the face of the earth. As you can see their are no updated reviews to this dayI am not sure if its just me or if others are experiencing the same but this is ridiculous.. ANSWER YOUR EMAILS AND YOUR RMAIL INQUIRIES VIA THE WEBSITE FOR LUXE PARK. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF HESE COMPLEXES!!!
