Super 8 by Wyndham Locust Grove

The service we received at check-in was wonderful. The woman was very kind and changed our room type when I realized I had booked a smoking room by mistake. The beds are doubles not queens and are harder than I prefer. Paint was peeling on the door and the door didnt have a chain lock which was concerning given the area. We approached at night and the checkin was behind plexiglass with a tray to pass items back and forth. This doesnt give safe and welcoming feeling. The breakfast offerings include waffles, juice, coffee, and miscellaneous packaged pastries. There may have been some fruit.

Need a place to sleep few hrs middle of day website says 57$ front desk says 70$ ok I'm dead been drive 17hr at this point charged to card is 92$ fine just want sleep gone from there in 4hrs next day get added charge of 25$ called then...was told I took the pillows stay away they play pricing games

I am a truck driver they have redid this hotel a lot better than it used to be I will stay here every time I come through here.

Most important to us is cleanliness and this Super 8 passed although bedding was old and worn. Hotel needs updates. Breakfast gets a failing grade.

Bed not very comfortable and place is old and has an odor to it. The breakfast was a joke. 2 items to choose from.
