Hampton Inn Locust Grove

GROSS. 2nd place I've stayed around Atlanta that was awful, and I've only stayed in this area twice. The shower curtain was brown and moldy, my pillow had a blood stain on it and there were pubic hairs in my bed, among the many other hairs and I don't know what in there. The trash on our floor had not been emptied as well as the trash out front that was overflowing the night before. Sanitizer wipes station was empty.

Ebony greeted us warmly and was very pleasant when we were checking in after a 9 hour drive. Due to no fault of Hampton Inn, we had trouble completing our reservation transaction via the third party we booked through. Ebony was incredibly professional, patient, resourceful and helpful as we had to navigate several different phone conversations with different representatives for over 30 minutes. We eventually were able to ameliorate the problem. She went above and beyond to help us figure out the issue and to make sure we had a satisfactory resolution. Really appreciate her positive attitude and willingness to help.
