I can not get anyone from the service department on the phone, Ive called numerous times and left messages. I just bought the car and multiple lights have come on on the dash and the 4,000 mile warranty is almost up. I scheduled appointment two weeks ago after calling for a week straight to get through, no one called me back, I had to contact a manager. Now the day of my service no appointment reminder or any confirmation of my appointment and no one is answering the phone againshocker! I called a different store and they answered their phones just fine, do not recommend this location.

Fast and friendly service. I was pretty nervous about shopping for a new a car and the pressures that com from that; but Kern made it simple, fast and answered questions I had in a transparent and easy to understand manner.
Including the time arriving at the dealership, shopping around the lot, taking a test drive and doing associated paperwork I was in-n-out in three hours. Way faster than other car buying experiences I had.
