        My wife went there alone to activate her card and they told her that she had to make an appointment and she wanted to know other questions and they told her that they were not going to attend because they closed at 12 and it was only 10:50

        Highly recommend this branch! Everyone, especially Jagdip and Tidy were very helpful and efficient and went out of their way to make sure I got the help I needed.

        Need more seating because of the Hispanic families that come with 2-3 babies, like why have people who arent doing anything but taking up space in the bank? BEWARE WAITING TIMES TAKE TOO LONG, maybe hire more people?

        First and last time I go there, got an appointment and I arrived 5 mins before, the girl who was going to take care of my request got someone else at that point, I waited 40 mins and she still was with the same person, do not go there very unprofessional people, you better go to the jimmy carter location, there is no point of making an appointment, they will not respect anything
