stop doing virtual inspections. Make your inspectors go back into homes for inspections. This is getting out of hand. You send in the required photos/videos and its never good enough. They are sending us back to homes multiple times to acquire more photos. We send what was requested. Its apparent that your inspector(s) cant handle virtual inspections. I deal with over a hundred different counties and cities in GA and Gwinnett is by far the worst!!

These people are a joke. My neighbor has been bothering us for years parking His junk cars infront of everyone's house but his own. Specially my mailbox which is not a crime anymore. No one enforces it. The cops won't ask him move and Mr. Thomas from code enforcement says they don't know their job. My neighbor at 1281 Woodstream keeps leaving his junk cars parked infront of my house. People tell me I don't own the land when I own my house but he does not own the land either so why are yall allowing him to stay there? I've asked nicely if he would just move. For years. The whole.community has. He moved one car and parks infront of his house. But why can't he do that with all his vehicles? This one on the street has a flat and when he started it up there was smoke everywhere. His engine is about to blow up and when that happens its ok code enforcement says for him to leave this junk eye sore infront my house. Why can't he just leave his junk cars at his OWN house? Specially since hes a new renter and the rest of us have been here. When we ask him to move why does he act like he will fight us? Bucks at us and wants to get close. He told me he mowed my lawn (without me asking) so he can stay there. I parked my car infront of his house and he told me I can stay there. If I can park my car infront of your house, why are you not doing it? When I went to code enforcement I saw that man has 200 complaints on him and yall still do nothing!!!!!!! Mr. Thomas asked me, don't know if he realized he was hollering, "Who is Elaine?" WHOEVER im sure.another neighbor he's bullying that YOU ALLOW He talked to me as if this other neighbor is lieing when u have over 200 complaints of the whole community complaint about the same thing with the same house!!! Code enforcement doesn't do their job. Period! U said cops don't know their job well u don't do yours. Mr. Thomas said he would ASK the man to move and they've already towed one of his junk cars Of course the man's behavior got WORSE Eff all yall I'm unaffiliated Native American I belong to Cherokee Tribe White man taught you disrespect Period. U continue to hurt the people who were here before you! My ancestors never left this territory. We are still here and how dare you say to me I don't own the land Neither does he so why are you continuing to allow him to own the space for his junk cars infront of my house? He has plenty of room.im his drive way!! We had no problems like this until this man came. All the neighbors he's bothering like this, are black women who own their homes. Yes this world is still racist and acts on it. No black women do not get help from these programs meant to help people! He's renting. And code enforcement allows this man to continue his behavior. If he would just stay on his own property and keep his cars there too, we would have no problems, and he bugs multiple neighbors not just one. I've never had a neighbor this rude. Usually they just leave you alone.
