        A lot next door was unbuildable for over 30 yrs living in my home but a builder made it happen by going up with the land .a house on steroids over looks my property.too close for comfort and too many windows on side with faces always watching. A fence 8 ft tall on edge of my driveway along with a tall tall retainer wall runs to the street on edge of my driveway and HAS CAUSED WATER DAMAGE TO MY DRIVEWAY THAT IS ALWAYS WET AND ITS SINKED IN DOWNWARD BECAUSE THE COUNTY SAYS NO PERMIT NEEDED BECAUSE ITS ATTACHED TO THE HOME.NOT TO MENTION IT NEEDED A ENGINEER INSPECTION FOR BEING OVER 4 FT HEIGHT. I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CITY OR COUNTY OR WHO EVER ALLOWED THIS TO TAKE OVER MY PROPERTY. THEY DO AS THEY PLEASE AND NO ONE IS LIABILE.THEY DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED.THE BUILDING INSPECTOR SET UP APPT TO CHECK THIS OUT FROM MY PROPERTY BUT NEVER SHOWED UP.
