        I give Wendy (another agent) five stars for being so nice/organized with me and management 1 star. My application was processed by a not to be named agent whom keeps leaving my calls and messages unanswered. Ive been very patient in this 4 week process of playing phone tag. My application should not be with held for her detailed explanation in wages that are clearly supported to be enough. I legitimately think they just took my $275 application fee and gave my apartment up to someone else by accident. I have an important job requirements for locations. This situation is interfering with my work. If my apartment was given to someone else by accident I will like to know now and be refunded so I can find a place to live.

        Left saturday with a quote and I was waiting on an information that could've been given by phone so I could apply. Never got a call back, had to go the office just to find out I could not move in due to my pets weight, information that I already have given to them, Also, if you notice the website does not specify weight limit, just breed restrictions. Lady in charge said "we usually take dogs of 60 pounds" never said that it was their policy that is like I said unwritten.
