        Great design and staff! I enjoyed taking a tour of this new construction. Perfect location too .. everything is available to you (food, recreation, shopping, parks, etc.).

        Nina is amazing! I toured with her and she's so sweet and friendly. The apartments are also so beautiful! The application process is super quick and Nina was great with communication. So glad to call The Margot my home

        Nina is THE BEST! My son and I recently relocated from Tennessee. Due to work, I needed to move within a week after my tour. Nina was thorough throughout the entire tour, and answered any and all questions along the way. I truly had a seamless move-in experience. If you are interested in leasing, ask for Nina! & Nina, thank you!!!
