Cherokee Court Apartments

We have had a plumbing problem where we can't use the bathroom without flooding the bathroom and hallway. Its going over a week and nothing has been done.

The unit gives a great impression, as it has been updated. The quality is poor. You can hear and small everything. Building V is under new management which is unresponsive. The building is supposed to be smoke free, but people are smoking in their Unit and around the building. The place smells terrible from the moment you walk into it. If you stay for a visit you come out smelling like cigarette smoke.

One of the landlord named , Sang Lee is EXTREMELY rude to ALL tenants and automatically assumes youre the worst before moving in. After moving in, we realized that our appt was infested with roaches so bad that were getting bit by them. On top of that, the landlord does nothing about it. Black mold on walls that have been painted over. And if youre EVER late on rent, in the lease it states he doesnt have to accept anything you give him and he threatens to evict you. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

I've lived here for 9 years they never did any work in my apartment but now they want to rise my rent #wow. They have renovate all the units except mine and want me to move so they can. Question are they going to pay for my move Nope!!!!
