This place deserves 0 out of 5 stars I lived here 3 years. With the other tenants they are ok people only problem you'll have is they can't park in a parking spot correctly to save their life and you will get scratches and dings on your car and if you live next to a foreigner after they cook your apartment is going to smell like fried cat rat & dog. Also it will smell like weed if your neighbor smokes. In the summer time expect to get harassed by the single mothers kids at the pool and gym btw they have a cop that closes the gym and pool when he feels like it so you might get kicked out at 7 8 9 but don't expect to be there at 10pm. Yes your "luxury" apartment will have bugs ants gnats & roaches. One time I woke up to a roach in my bed I promise you will never jump up faster. The maintenance guys will walk in your apt without letting you know upfront. Move out time is when the scammers come out and you get hit with hidden fees. In my opinion they have predatory clauses in your contract like if you don't give them a 60 day notice you owe them a extra month of rent. you have till the 3rd to pay your rent by the 4th they add an extra $200 on the 8th they send out an eviction to the courts. Time to renew its going up 80-$160 each year. Be careful even paying application fees because they will just steal your money and say you didn't qualify. If you move in during your walk through inspection document everything wrong because they will charge you for damages that are already there if you see a mat super glued in your tub tell them to rip it up so you can see the damages document the mold on the windows anything, they give out big fees during move out time. Dealing with the front office is like dealing with young children that don't understand the consequences of scamming and they are the type of people who are too lazy to make money correctly so they'll just steal it until they can't anymore. Just find somewhere else to live. This was the worst complex I ever lived in by miles.

The price constantly goes up, and I mean every month. The safety is horrible, i've seen many things, one time my friend was going on a walk and she got chased by a man that followed her into her apartment and we have gotten many things stolen too. The upstairs neighbors are a pain in the butt as they have loud music and literally stomp on the ground to the point that we have to go up there and they still Say that they don't stomp and are responsable "adultos". There is dog poop in green areas and everytime I go outside I get poop in my shoes. And they worst part is that when I report these things to the leasing, they could care less and do nothing about it.

This place is disgusting! These are the conditions that they gave me my apartment to move into. No walkway to my apartment so when it rains, it gets muddy. Plus there is always trash everywhere as you can see. Even after multiple attempts, nothing ever got fixed! The front office staff is so unprofessional and unresponsive. They need training!!!! I spoke with all of them in person and still nothing happened. My truck got broken into, my packages got broken into and left open on my door. The neighbors smoke weed all day. The hallway lights always go out. I felt extremely unsafe and uneasy living here at all times. On my move out inspection, the assistant manager had a horrible attitude! PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! 0/5 stars if I would!!!!!!

First of all, good morning. The reason for this message is to let you know how little professionalism your manager LIZ has at Sugarloaf Crossing Apartments. My sister bought a house at the end of the month, she had to move out so as not to pay rent for the month of February. She and Liz agreed to move on Saturday, February 3, 2024, a weekend because my sister's husband works Monday through Friday and my sister has a 9-month-old baby. Well, Liz called her at 4:30 pm to let her know that she had to hand over the key the next day before 8:30 am. My sister had to start moving all night, early morning with a 9 month old baby in the cold. My brother-in-law and sister moved in and when it came time to hand over the key they arrived 20 minutes late and Liz told them that she had to charge them for the full day. very unfair of her to notify them at 4:30 pm and demand punctuality at 8:30 am when she spent the entire night moving. She could see in her face that she enjoyed it. Not only my sister and I, she has abused her position. Many people in the complex were reporting her and I still don't know how she is still there, because they give a position to a person who does not act according to her position. The worst part was LIZ TOLD MY SISTER I HOPE YOU DIE. !!!!!!!

For 5 years I have been a tenant in different apartments, but in Sugarloaf Crossing, it was the worst experience I had. In December 2022, I rented an apartment there by transfer and two months ago I turned it in, yesterday I received an Invoice for $3160 for an alleged debt, being that I paid every month on time and informed on time that I would no longer renew the contract. In addition, they informed me that they would never return the month's deposit payment even though I delivered the apartment in perfect condition. I paid $1850 for a one bedroom apartment because I liked the location. I now understand the desperation of the former tenants to leave. Mrs. Liz is nice at first, but after they start living there, she is rude and abusive. They give bad service, once a pipe was damaged, the carpet got wet and they never fixed it. In the summer they left me without air conditioning for a weekend. They complain about everything but allow trucks, trailers in the parking lot and even vehicle repair on site. Also, the pool is used by all the neighbors in the nearby houses and regularly in the summer it is crowded just in the complex. Now I have to dispute a debt only because of a bad management that does not care to harm me despite the fact that I have been a tenant in compliance with my duties and obligations.
