        Nobody ever answers their freaking office phone! Ive been trying to call their office since Friday. Ive left a voicemail. Ive sent an email. And I cant get a response. I have a situation in a matter that I need to speak with their office staff over and Im not able to go up to their leasing office. It would be very helpful if they could answer their phone. I dont know how they expect to get new people if nobody is going to answer their phone in the office. I dont even think it rings it just wants you to leave them a voicemail and then they will never get back to you. I used to live here and it was hell. Good to see that its not changed. Smh

        From day one on my move in day Jhier was awesome!!! Along with the other staff members they make living here a breeze. Theyre very understanding. I just love it here. Thanks ladies for always being so understanding..!!

        We lived here for 6 years and eventually had to move out due to growing family. Ms. Patricia Jones dealt with all the moving out administrative procedure. She made sure everything went smoothly. She provided excellent customer service.

        Hello My name is Shanterol Baker I moved in the complex on September 1st 2023. I had a great Experience with Jair she was very knowledgeable about the move in process. I like the apartment but I'm very disappointed about the additional fee's that have been added to my Account Leverage monthly. I read many negative reviews before I signed the lease but I truly thought maybe these were just accusations but true to my knowledge I am experiencing this right now. I will not be renewing my lease, as a matter of fact I'm trying to hurry to start the buying process because the rent is steady increasing so I call this a type of Greed. Mrs Patricia is very nice and she responds very quickly to emails but I won't recommend this place to anyone because they charge you for things that I wasn't aware of in my lease. Please READ the FINE PRINT. It's Best to have an Attorney when dealing with things of this nature because if not you will be treated like a Nobody!! I know this is a Business but this has Pushed me to start the process for buying. God Bless
