One star is too much. I made a reservation, received confirmation, and thought I was set. After driving 30 minutes to get there, I was informed that they 'didn't have any cars'. I was informed that I made the reservation after they closed the day before. Which is a lie. I have a receipt showing I made the reservation at 4:15pm, and they close at 5pm. AND, I was told that they tried calling me that morning to let me know they didn't have any cars. I did not receive a single call that morning. I reserved this car because my car needs to have some repairs and I had to take my special needs child to a specialist in Atlanta that day. I called Enterprise's headquarters that same day, informed them of what happened, expressed my anger, and was told that a supervisor would call me shortly. Never got a phone call back. I am extremely angry and I will never recommend any Enterprise to anyone. If you screw me over, that is one thing. But to screw my child, my blood is boiling. I want to speak to a manager/owner to let them know of this horrible service, not to receive anything from it. How does a car rental agency have 'no cars'? Extremely disheartening and disappointing.
