I cant say enough good things about this company. They were recommended to me by my good friends and Im so glad! I called late Sunday evening when my water just stopped. Brent had a crew out first thing Monday morning and they fixed me right up. They did not try to upsell me on anything that I didnt need and that means a lot as I really am not knowledgeable about the well and pump system. You cannot go wrong by calling and it truly was Well Worth It. Very aptly named!

Today I had a new well pump installed and Id like to share how a homeowner can save a couple thousand dollars. First, Im involved in a home remodeling project and just not thinking much about water wells. Actually, Im a retired Mechanical Contractor and I bought this property to renovate and keep myself busy. People who renovate homes dont need service contractors who dont know repairs or maintenance. My last experience with wells was 30 years ago. My father had a well that I primed a couple times. I had two wells for over 20 years and never had any pump or prime problems. I usually change my own pressure switches. If you talk to a plumber, it doesnt take long to prime a well that has a foot valve. My experience is Well Worth It doesnt know how to repair a well pump. Well Worth it techs came out today and told me that my pump and equipment were good but it would cost $700 to prime the pump. Then they said it would be less problems for me to install a new submersible pump. First they said $2300, and then they said $2400. Upon completion, I asked if they accepted checks or credit cards and they said either. Unknowingly, I now see they charge an additional $96 to use a credit card and they said nothing to me. Again, I was busy remodeling and didnt look at the receipt till later. Theyre the ones who gave me a high repair price, suggested a new pump and brought the new pump to my home. Theyre the ones who hauled off a good operating pump. My old pump only needed a technician familiar with maintenance. Merchants make money by sales. People use credit cards for cash rewards, airline miles, etc. Merchants know when people use a credit card they are buying with borrowed money. Any merchant who charges a fee to the customer for using a credit card causes the incentive to have the credit card to be useless. Merchants would make less money if people didnt use credit cards because the merchant would have fewer sales. Any merchant who charges a credit card fee is cheap and greedy. Most homeowners who do their own home renovations are usually trying to save money. Homeowners like to get the useful life out of their cars and appliances. Cars and appliances dont last long when the technicians are trained to sale instead of repair and maintain. Now, what I learned today is Well Worth It is mostly in the pump and well selling business. They have no interest in providing any kind of repair service. I am sure the new pump should last as long as the one they hauled off. Im sharing with people that its best to get a plumber to troubleshoot the well before calling a Well Contractor. Plumbers know how to install pressure switches, etc better than a well technician. Had I called a plumber to prime my pump, then I could have saved a couple thousand dollars to go towards the needed remodeling of this property instead of buying an unnecessary well pump.

So I recently had my water go out last Thursday night and after spending my entire weekend trying to fix it myself to no avail I ended up calling Brent with well worth it with multiple people recommending him. I had messaged him early Monday morning at about 730 am and promptly was met with a reply from him explaining he would try to get to me today with no guarantee which I understand as I understand how the service industry works being in it myself. True to his word he had his guys at my house by 2pm and they had me completely squared away by 4. They have far surpassed my expectations and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. I can't say enough about the guys with well worth it and will continue to use them for years to come. Highly highly recommend them

NOTHING but magnificent things to say about Brent & his team! Hes done pressure work for me in the past but yesterday My well pipes busted while I was at work, they didnt freeze, they just busted & I was completely distraught when I got home because there was a whole water fountain in my backyard, and I was like this would happen 5 days before Christmas I turned the well off because that about all I knew how to do and called Brent with Well worth it first thing this morning! & he was on it quickly and efficiently! I left my door unlocked for him to come in and out to access the electric box, I came home and my water was on, pipes were fixed and he replaced everything needed, door was locked and it was done, he didnt even blink an eye to make sure me and my girls had running water, leaving me with water and an affordable price to pay, as a single mama of 2, it means the words to me! Thank you Brent!

Mr Sam this is the owner of well worth it. First of all I want to make sure we correct what you are not happy about because we are in the pump repair business! My guys told you nothing was wrong with your system up front and we would not ever charge $700 to prime a well pump ever. We told you about the new system so you wouldn’t have any problems down the road and you agreed to the same . We told you $2400.00 and we also told you the cc machine charges 3.9 % . But if you have any problems with your new system I will be glad to stand behind any of our work! Our main goal is to have you as a customer and your water working flawless as possible for years to come for you. Please don’t hesitate to call me if you have any issues with our work!
