Hale's Well Service

Christmas Eve morning I was getting all my vegetables washed to make Christmas dinner, when the unthinkable happened. Yep, turned the faucet on and nothing came out. I was in tears. With it being a Sunday and Christmas Eve I didn't think I would be able to get anyone to come out. I made a post on Facebook begging for help and Dennis with Hale's Well Service came to my rescue. He was at my house within an hour, and had water running through my faucet in 30 minutes. All I can say is, he was my Christmas miracle. Thank you again, Dennis! GOD BLESS you and your family!

I actually only did business over the phone because i needed a part for my well pump. It was a holiday weekend but he kept in touch with me over the phone and I was able to get the part I needed! Very nice folks. Thanks again!

Our water flow suddenly stopped on a Friday evening. We started by calling local well service companies (we live in Lafayette, AL). They were unable to come out on this particular weekend for various understandable reasons, but could work us in on Monday. I posted in some Facebook groups for recommendations for weekend well repairs and someone suggested we call Hale's Well Service in LaGrange. I reached out to them on Facebook, got a quick answer saying they would be happy to help, but it would be Sunday before they could get out here, which I gladly accepted because it meant I'd possibly have water one day sooner than waiting until Monday. They got here Sunday morning and before lunch we had water again!! I can't thank them enough! You don't realize how much of an inconvenience it is to not have water until you don't have water!! I can't give enough praise to Dennis Hale and Hale's Well Service. He came out to replace my pump same day I called when all others told me several days. Kind, friendly, and really cares about customers. Highly recommended! Service: Pump repairs & installation
