Discount Tire

Took my car in for a tire rotate and balance, only was interested in selling me new tires. Tires had good tread, company has lost its credibility and my business moving forward. Do better for your customers

this place is the worst location for discount tires. i have been using discount tires for long time but today it will be the last time as i went in to get new tires as the front tires needed replacement so the guy named cory kept pushing me to buy all four where as the rear ones were fine and he said he cannot balance the rear ones as i dont want to buy all four but the rear ones were bought from discount tires as well so as one of the tire had a nail he said just because of that he cannot do anything with them and simply refused to balance them as well and my tires have a lock and instead of asking me where the lock was they just went ahead and went through my cars glove box and went through all the paperwork i had in there and just took it themselves ..pathetic customer service by bunch of rednecks working at this location no more discount tires in future for sure

Thank you BRANDON B! Today could have been very dangerous for my daughter and I, but you were kind and knowledgeable about what would be best for us. We walked in right before closing but you didnt not rush me and you took your time to ensure we had what was needed to get us back on the road. We will be back later in the week to get the tires that I prefer because they were out of stock, but you ensured I had something similar and I am appreciative for your service. Thank you!
