        Jacob was so kind and educating me on my tires. He offer me top notch customer service offer me to see if he could patch the tire before charging me for a new tire. He lock in my quote for 30 days so that when I come back I would be charge my same price whether the price goes up or not. Just all around great customer service thank you so much Jacob. And I didn't have to wait 2 hours!!!!

        It is impossible to get someone on the phone. The automated voice doesn't help either. The customer service is great in person. Quick and prompt, but the telephones should still be answered.
