I purchased a set of tires for my farm truck from Discount Tire. The service there was amazing. I started in a tire shop in 1986 and worked there for about three years as a young teenager. It was the premium tire shop in the area and it was known for customer service and satisfaction. I always felt we were in a class all our own back then and this is the first shop Ive been in where I felt they held the same standard. I was sold an excellent set of tires at an unbelievable price. The wait was very reasonable and I was completely satisfied. Isidro, the store manager, takes a lot of pride in his job and it creates an excellent culture of customer care. Well done!!

I purchased 4 new 255/70/15. Tires they mounted them with no balance an they all had leaks they were supposed to send me 4 replacements to have installed at different tire shop never received my tires but they kept my $786 I wouldnt recommend going to this tire store
