        Treats tenants as paychecks and not as people. You're just a clogged septic tank and a hoarder, in their eyes. They equate all tenants with their worst tenants. Absolutely no consideration for a clean payment history, they will nickel and dime you for everything they possibly can. They are incredibly unprofessional and will hang up the phone rather than negotiate a better relationship. As far as they're concerned you're just trash, even if you pay everything on time and maintain the property. Stay away.
