        Leo was awesome! He kept me informed the whole way!! Until after moving I was hit with all kinds of fees. And threaten to be evicted . There was no written notice prior. I had a busted pipe that leeked under the flooring in the downstairs quarters that took about a month to repair and after two months I still have a hole that they cut and baseboards in the hallway, kitchen , and garage area that have still not been fixed. They say one thing and do another. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. There quick to take your money but slow to uphold there part. I have warned all my family and friends who plan to move to Georgia . I have also warned the ones who are already in town and I know a lot of people. It is your best bet to do research and stay clear of here because it’s very stressing. And Has been for me especially since I have 3 children and one on the way. I can’t wait to move.
