My mother passed away in July and there is a life insurance policy that I have been trying to get some more information on. Since July I have driven up to this location multiple times and nobody is there no matter what time I go. Every time I call I get Janae and she either will put me on hold, give me attitude or just transfers me to a another call system that will ask me the same questions which leads me back to her. I’m beyond frustrated, my mother worked for this company for over 20 years and I would have never thought that based on the people I have met I would be treated with such unprofessionalism.

This place is absolutely horrible! I sold me vehicle and called to remove it from my policy they took it off but charged me the same price and said there was nothing they could do to lower it! I found another insurance company for much cheaper and canceled liberty mutuals policy except now they sent me another bill and are threatening to put it on my credit, the problem is i do not owe anything!!! Why are they double charging me???
