This guy STOLE 5k from me. Claimed he needed materials money to put in a system for me and my client (Im a GC). He had nothing but excuses and never installed the system and kept the money. That was two years ago. Hes a real thief! He wont respond here cause he knows its true. He cant even deny it. Happy to post our text exchange of his claims to make me whole and getting the money back to me. I will change my review when he returns my stolen money.

This guy is a joke. Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. He installed a system incorrectly (he was hired by my contractor). He refuses to return calls. He refuses to fix work. DO NOT USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!! I have started the process with legal attorney's to take him to court and I am working with the county to have his license revoked. Jack and his team were very professional and completed a full replacement of my HVAC System. Jack performed the most professional tests to verify the correct size we needed, they installed a vapor barrier and encapsulated my crawl space and installed a new Dehumidifier. My home has never felt this comfortable and smelled this good in over 20 years I've owned this home. They also installed a tankless water heater in the garage and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Great job guys and Jack I want to say an extra thanks for going the extra mile to get everything perfect. You guys are truly a special company and again great job!! Can't say enough good things about Jack and his team. Our AC went out two weeks ago in the midst of the hot, humid Georgia summer. Jack came out within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. He was able to "bandaid" it until the new system arrived ready to be installed. A few days later, Jack and his team came back to install the new unit. They were so professional that they even put down tarps throughout the house so they would not get any of the hardwoods or carpets dirty while removing the old AC unit. Anytime we reached out to Jack he was extremely responsive. He continues to be responsive with follow ups after completing the install. I highly recommend Jack and the team at Alpha Tech Mechanical.
