They approve the work then dont pay. Contractors dont do work for this company. We are now in the process of locating the home owner to let them know we have to file a lien on their property due to their management company negligence.

SUBCONTRACTORS BEWARE. My company performed work for Superior on multiple occasions and they're not paying out on the majority of the work we completed. We have been chasing up payment for work going back since June of 2023. They have lots of turn over on their staff so it's been very tricky to get the problem solved probably for that reason alone. On multiple occasions our techs went out for a diagnostic and because we didn't take a picture of a wall or something (for our "before" picture on a diagnostic...), and so even though the technician provides pictures of the work done and the tenant attests to the work we completed, they won't pay it. Additionally, on a circuit install we had to go back twice and they refused to pay the full $350 for the install. On another one, the renter wanted to choose the light we had to install so we couldnt install it that day and superior paid someone else to install it and also didnt pay for us getting dispatched there. On some jobs we had to go back to the home twice and arent getting paid. One job we got an emergency call out and were on site within 30min--they rejected the invoice. Keep in mind that all invoices are incredibly small (between $150 to the largest being $350). We are just writing off these as a loss to our small business for the work we did for them last year. Just a bad way to keep good subs and run a business.
I hate writing bad reviews. This one seemed like the right thing to do though.
