Dont go to this location!!! They will suggest removing wisdom teeth when you dont have to just to make some type of money. If anything get a second opinion. doctors are liars!

Worst experience Ive had at a dentist. I spent $900 dollars on extractions and had to go to different dentist and pay another $1,000 to have root canals on the two teeth broken during the extractions. Stitches came undone after a few days. Save your money and go to a specialist. Youll save more getting it done correctly the first time

This place reminds me of going to a shady mechanic.
The only reason I go to this place is bc they are the only ones in the area that take my insurance. I was driving 40m out of my way for another dr. I was told after my visit that I needed crowns and braces. I have since gone back to my other dr and was told that Aspen was "taking advantage" by offering me the most expensive treatment option. So, not fraud but benefiting them more than me.
I arrived early to my daughter's (separate) appointment. She is dual enrolled and was meeting me after class. I filled out all the forms and assured the staff she was just a few minutes late. Apt: 10:15. Told about the 15m grace period at 10:18. Daughter arrived at 10:20. We waited another 45m before being seen! I had requested that a cleaning be included with the new patient visit. I had learned from MY previous visit that they don't like to schedule a cleaning on the initial visit (I was cleaned on the same visit however.). In all my years of going to dentists I have never heard of a practice so inconveniencing patients before.
I was told that she wouldn't be cleaned bc she has a gum issue that needs treating. "This is why we don't schedule cleanings on the 1st visit." I didn't want to argue, but they could have done the gum treatment in the time that would have been scheduled for the cleaning. But instead I have to go back two more times to finish treatment and get her cleaned. I am wondering if this was the most expensive treatment option now...I think I will drive 40m out of my way for my other dr from now on.
