Wells Fargo Bank

I usually have no issue here, but today waited an extremely long time, extremely slow service and the lady at the counter LEFT with a line with at least 7 people still waiting saying she was going to lunch maybe might not have been such a big deal if the other person at the counter wasn't obviously new and super slow. Take care of waiting customers first before you leave. They seemed understaffed too.

Ive been with Wells Fargo for 12 years and this has to be the worst branch Ive ever dealt with. The man in there is BEYOND rude. His excuse is that hes training. The women are great, smiling and more than happy to be there- He sucks, hes geriatric and unable to be kind since this has been my experience with him a few times. I have had an issue taking cash off my paycard- from my employer twice now and the first time the gal called and apologized for the issue then I came back the next week and shocker AGAIN there is an issue. Ive been getting paid on this pay card since February and this is the ONLY time - dealing with this man thats there an issue. Im actually closing my account and never wanting to deal with them again

I can't understand why the ATM is always unable to receive deposits. Most of the time you can't receive cash from it either. The women inside say that the bank doesn't have anything to do with the ATM, I don't understand why they don't call the people that are responsible.
