Trumane was a perfect fit for what I needed. He listened to my problem, worked on a solution, stated with me to make sure I was in a good place and when I said I wanted to wait, he advised me when he left for lunch and how long he would've gone so I did not panic. Customer service 101 to perfection. He. Would tea h a lot of your other stores how to make your customers feel like they want AT&T because they want his service more than the business.

I come in for a screen protector for iPhone 13 work phone I didn't see it I think the manager come over and helped me find it and sent me over to checkout I was in and out quickly and they where super busy Friday afternoon people were everywhere in there lol so yeah I was happy to get in and out very quickly yesterday thanks I be back definitely

Never in my life have I EVER had such an amazing experience in a store. Tru Watkins is an absolute treasure and an amazing store manager. He helped me resolve an issue with multiple lines within an hour all while making sure everyone else in the store was taken care of and watching out for his coworkers. Definitely need more Tru Watkins in the world!!! Thank you Tru!!!

Every phone company needs people like Trumane Watkins! AT&T automates everything, which is fine when it works, and a pain-and-a-half when it doesn't. I switched from wireless to prepaid. AT&T merged my two accounts, but the new account didn't recognize the presence of the wireless numbers when I went to cancel them. I tried everything and kept getting "we can't find that number." Finally, I went into the store and Trumane was there. He had helped me just a few days before when AT&T's payment system kept saying my credit card payment was rejected while the cc company itself was accepting the charges. When I came in this time, he was helping a lady who had been trying to resolve a payment issue for three months, calling every week, and getting nowhere. While I was there, Trumane talked to the AT&T guy at the other end, and after a long conversation, the issue was being resolved as he started waiting on me. I told him the two wireless numbers that I needed to cancel, he looked them up on his system and did so (he told me earlier that they were no longer allowing him to cancel accounts and that the customer had to do it themselves. This was undoubtedly a sales decision, as their customer service reps would try to talk you out of cancelling, but for those like me who had switched to a prepaid account, it was completely irrelevant). Trumane is patient, knowledgeable, and takes a personal interest in resolving the problems of his customers. I.e., he cares, and it shows. AT&T should give him a raise.
