Goin' Postal Hiawassee

If I could, Id give it 0 stars. This place is completely disorganized and poorly run. I mailed a package from here on 7 December only to find out on 22 December that they never sent the package. When I went into the store to inquire about the package, I was told it was picked up by USPS and that theyd have to call the Post Master at Hiawassee Post Office. I went straight to the post office and showed them the tracking number and was told the label was created but the package was never sent by Goin Postal. I went back to Goin Postal and told them what I learned, and was told that the post office picked it up. I even went so far as to tell one of the employees that the package was probably still on their premises, but he denied it. Sure enough, it was. They tried blaming it on Hiawassee Post Office; however, it was Goin Postals fault. I will no longer use their services.

Terrible customer service! The owner has no idea how to treat people. I take all my business to Mountain Parcel and Post in Blairsville. They really set the standard! Update (since I can't reply) I've only been back in the store one time and only because I was in a pinch to get something out asap. Your smug response and aditude is just another example of why people should stay gar from this store. I still take my parcels 30mins away.
