Our experience with Hartwell Flooring was absolutely flawless - from the initial showroom visit, both locating the carpet that complimented our existing carpet, to them being able to offer a soft quote, to meeting the installation scheduled time frame given during the initial visit, they offered a five star level experience. If you need any type of flooring work done, THIS is the place to go. Jennifer was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and gives the best advice for what she thinks will work best for your unique needs. When you walk in, its inviting and you notice all of their nicely presented samples and options to choose from. We got new flooring (carpet, vinyl, and LVP) and it all turned out amazing. Their crews work quickly and do the best job possible. If I get any work done in the future, this is where Id go again hands down. Dont even waste your time with the other options in town who were unresponsive or booked out for a ridiculous amount of time. Thank you Chad and Jennifer!

I am thrilled with my new floors. The installers were professional and did a super job. Jennifer was informative and helped us pick the right product, and Chad was great and oversaw the installation. My floors look awesome. We will definitely use them in the future. Exceptional experience!
