From the initial point of contact to numerous conversations about designs/options/budget, and into the build itself, we have felt a consistent level of top notch service, communication, and integrity. Building a home while not being in the geographic area of the construction adds complexity and an increased need for trust and transparency. We interviewed several different builders before deciding to go with SWC and am glad we did. Since making that decision, we have run into several people that know the Bennetts and have nothing but good things to say about them. We are still early in the build process, but up to this point they have been very accommodating, excellent with communication and have followed through on every commitment they have made.

SWC was such a blessing to my family, at a time we gave up on being able to build after a year for my growing family. We spent several months speaking with other contractors and banks that had unrealistic pricing according to the bank and were impossible to contact. After submitting an email late one night Bryce was on sight and had a quote within our budget in less than 24 hours. They helped navigate with the bank and county to get everything started quicker. Each time I have a question which seems to be a lot, Bryce is super quick to respond and extremely helpful. It has been amazing watch his crews build within the time frame I was given. In less than 3 weeks our house was completely dried in and painted ready for sheet rock now. We are right on track to being done very soon. If you want to be in your dream home and want a company that always puts you first, I highly recommend the Bennetts with SWC. Attached is a picture of our house they started 3 weeks ago!
