Very disappointed. I dropped off our toddlers suit jacket with a pocket scarf. Since he has a Christmas recital I ordered a bow tie to match and wanted this suit jacket cleaned. The jacket was returned to us with no pocket scarf. I attempted to call but the number listed for this business does not exist. When the number listed is called, a prerecorded message states it has been changed to an unlisted number.
Now we have to drive 25 minutes to address an issue we should have e been able to over the telephone. Poor business practices for sure. Not returning.

How can I even put into words my disgust and disappointment for a business? Ive been coming to this location for over 10 years and its recently been sold and its an entirely new business. They dont even have a number available to call. They send your clothes off site to the owners other cleaning location WITHOUT telling you beforehand. The worker has 2 children with her and I truly sympathize with her situation-its a business and every time Ive come in theres children crying and she cant tend to the customer. We should have known there wouldve been problems when we waited over 5 minutes for her to come to the front. Very important clothing items that we needed for pictures werent ready on time. Quality has decreased tremendously as well. Do not give your business here. Go elsewhere. Service: Clothes pressing
