I was there marketing for my cleaning service. The new manager was very refreshing and polite. She had alot of positive energy and knowledge of the transition of the property. She was a true delight ti speak with.

I currently leave here and the five star reviews you see are from office staff. The company for the leasing office has changed twice and I havent seen the same staff members for more than a month. These apartments are roach infested and when pest control comes to spray the unit(which is rare) they might as will be spraying water. Maintenance takes forever to come look at something most of the time they dont know how to fix the issue or just close the ticket and say work was completed without even coming to the unit. There are stray cats and potholes all through the neighborhood. The new company, however, did come in and fix the roofs but before them my roof would leak every time it rained in both the rooms. For $1,200 a month I should not have to deal with half of these issues.
