I just wanted to update! I made a review about 9 months ago! I've been here for a year, and Over time Mr. Velez has shown and proved! From the properties new cameras, the fresh paint on the buildings, the satellite removals, the apartments are way more inviting since I first moved here! & I see improvements weekly. As long as your communicative about your homes needs, things run smoothly! If you are considering moving here, consider that this place was Built-in the seventies, so there are a few things that you're going to have to deal with no matter what. which I have learned, But there is always a solution to everything! I appreciate Mr. Velez for turning around my experience here, as communication is key! He's very informative and will work with you as long as you keep communication open! This is a decent place for a beginner home! And i suggest it for small families! If you have a problem bring it to management, stay adimate, patient and it will work in your favor! HOME is what you make it! I give thanks! Ms. Pray.
